Most people can’t imagine spilling their deepest thoughts with a stranger, so it’s important that you get to know me, too
I’ve always felt a deep connection to emotions—my own and those of the people around me. Growing up, I was often called “too emotional, too sensitive, and too talkative.” But as an adult, I see those qualities as the very strengths that make being a therapist feel so natural. As a teenager, I was experiencing intense emotions and sadness with led me to walk into therapy room for the first time. I worked with a therapist who helped me feel truly seen and heard. That experience empowered me to create the same space for other women—a safe, non-judgmental place where they can fully be themselves
After beginning my career in a clinical practice in 2015, I launched my own practice in 2022 to focus on supporting women as they reclaim their power, discover their true inner voice, and build a foundation of self-compassion. My passion is helping women embrace their strengths, overcome shame, and find clarity in who they are.
Ever notice how we’re often our own harshest critics? As a therapist, I’ve seen so many remarkable women battle with an inner voice that’s far harsher than they’d ever be to someone else. Here’s the thing: that constant self-criticism doesn’t just make us feel bad; it fuels anxiety and stress, holding us back from living freely. But there’s hope. Self-compassion isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a powerful tool that can reshape the way you relate to yourself and help you feel more at peace.
I work primarily with millennial women dealing with anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and communication struggles. Together, we’ll build practical skills to help you let go of self-criticism, speak up confidently, and be kinder to yourself every day. I’m here to help you feel empowered, understood, and ready to step fully into your life.

Hi, I’m Kylie
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Duquesne University. With over a decade of experience in mental health and substance use treatment, I’ve supported adolescents, adults, and families through group facilitation and one-on-one therapy in outpatient settings.
My approach is integrative, meaning I tailor our sessions to your unique needs, drawing on a blend of therapeutic techniques that foster real growth. In our work together, I’ll primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindful self-compassion practices, motivational interviewing, and a strength-based approach. This combination allows us to explore your experiences with warmth, empathy, and collaboration, addressing anxiety, self-esteem, communication, and life’s many stressors.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I’m a fitness enthusiast and former group fitness instructor. I’m passionate about helping others experience the mind-body connection to support a balanced, active, and fulfilling lifestyle. My goal is to provide a space where you feel empowered and fully supported on your journey to a healthier, more self-compassionate you.
When I’m not in sessions, you’ll find me traveling with my husband, diving into a good book, redecorating my home, or listening to music or watching movies—especially anything Taylor Swift or Disney-related!
